1.Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Line oven trays with baking paper.
2.Place kumara in fine sieve; squeeze out excess liquid. Cook kumara, butter and cinnamon in medium saucepan, covered, stirring occasionally, about 5 minutes or until softened. Remove from heat; stir in cheese, season to taste.
3.Drop level tablespoons of mixture on trays, about 5cm (2 inches) apart; gently flatten with a fork.
4.Bake rösti about 20 minutes or until crisp.
