1.Preheat oven to 200°C/ 180°C fan-forced.
2.Place both pieces of cheese on separate squares of foil large enough to enclose the cheese. Drizzle cheese with oil; sprinkle with chilli and oregano. Enclose foil to form a parcel.
3.Bake cheese 10 minutes or until heated through.
