Air fryer mozzarella mushroom burgers

Marvellous meat-free burgers made easy!

Create this easy vegetarian burger in less than 30 minutes in your air fryer. With earthy mushrooms, creamy mozzarella and basil pesto for extra oomph.

Place mushrooms, vinegar and oil in a medium bowl; toss to coat. Season.


Preheat a 7-litre air fryer to 180˚C/350˚F for 3 minutes.


Taking care, place mushrooms in air fryer basket; at 180˚C/350˚F, cook for 12 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time, until tender.


Spread bun bases with aioli, then top with salad leaves, tomato, mozzarella, mushrooms and pesto; sandwich together with bun tops.


Serve mushroom burgers with shoestring fries and tomato sauce.
