Ingredients: 250 gram (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened; 1/2 cup (120g) sour cream; 1/2 cup (125ml) sweet chilli sauce; 1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)

250 gram (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup (120g) sour cream

1/2 cup (125ml) sweet chilli sauce

1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh coriander (cilantro)

Method

1.Beat cream cheese, sour cream and sauce in small bowl with electric mixer until smooth. Stir in coriander; season to taste.

Leave the cream cheese to soften or if you haven’t the time, cut it into cubes and beat it with an electric mixer before adding other ingredients.
