Method

.Level cake tops. Secure one cake, cut-side down, on cake board. Spread cake top with 1/3 cup of the chocolate frosting; top with remaining cake. Spread chocolate frosting over top and side of cake. Tint coconut green. Sprinkle coconut over top of cake.
.Place lollipops into ziptop bag. Use a rolling pin to pound into small pieces; discard sticks.
.Melt chocolate. Fill piping bag with melted chocolate. Pipe two trees onto baking paper (see tips). Before chocolate sets, sprinkle branches with crushed lollipops and lightly score down the centre of one tree. Stand 10 minutes or until set.
.Remove trees from baking paper. Using a sharp knife, cut down the centre of scored tree to cut in half. Using a little melted chocolate, secure the straight sides of the cut tree to the uncut tree on either side; stand upright on baking paper until set.
.Fold one of the roll-ups in half to form a tent; secure a wafer at each end of the roll-up with a little chocolate. Push into cake to secure.
.Using picture as a guide, position tree on cake, gently pushing into frosting.
.Break Flake into pieces and position on cake for campfire logs. Cut remaining roll-up into random pieces and position on logs for fire. Surround campfire with choc rocks. Break pretzels in half; push a marshmallow onto each pretzel and place around fire.
.Secure bunting to drinking straws; push straws into cake, as pictured.

Trace two tree shapes onto baking paper. Turn the paper over and pipe within the outline of the tree. Once set, one tree is secured to the other for a 3D effect.
