Method

1.

Using a muddler, crush palm sugar, makrut lime leaves, chilli and lime juice in a cocktail shaker.

2.

Add vodka, ice cubes and a dash of fish sauce, then shake vigorously. Pour into 340ml highball glass. Top with vegetable juice and stir to combine. Garnish with lime wedge.
