Mint salad


1.Cut squid down centre to open out flat; score inside in diagonal pattern then cut squid into thick strips.
2.To make mint salad, combine juice, sugar and sauce in medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients; toss gently to combine.
3.Heat oil in wok; stir-fry squid, in batches, until tender.
4.Combine sumac, salt and pepper in medium bowl, add squid; toss to coat squid in mixture.
5.Serve squid with mint salad.
