Method

1.Cook potatoes in large saucepan of boiling water about 10 minutes or until tender; drain.
2.Peel potatoes; combine in large bowl with vinegar, oil, chives, olives and nuts.
3.Arrange lettuce on serving plates; top with potato salad and watercress.
