Goat cheese croûtes with herbs

Dressed goat's cheese, sprinkled with herbs and served with croûtes makes a chic starter, or plate to hand around as nibbles.

1.Preheat grill.
2.Slice bread diagonally into 1cm-thick slices. Place slices on oven tray; brush with combined oil and garlic. Place under grill until browned lightly both sides.
3.Spoon cheese into serving bowl; top with herbs, drizzle with extra oil then sprinkle with salt. Serve cheese with croûtes.
