1.Combine pork and 1⁄3 cup sauce in medium bowl; refrigerate 10 minutes.
2.Cook pork on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until cooked through.
3.Meanwhile, place noodles in large heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water; separate with fork, drain.
4.Stir-fry broccolini in heated oiled wok until tender. Add noodles, remaining sauce and 2 tablespoons water to wok; stir-fry until hot.
5.Slice pork; serve with noodles.

Char-siu sauce is a Chinese barbecue sauce made from sugar, water, salt, fermented soya bean paste, honey, soy sauce, malt syrup and spices. A little something out of the ordinary for those times when you feel you’ve cooked it all before.
