A quick and easy crowd pleaser, baked gnocchi with meatballs is the perfect recipe to turn to mid-week when you need an easy meal to feed the family.

Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F.

Chop sausages coarsely. Combine sausages and oil in shallow flameproof dish (19cm x 28cm). Bake, uncovered, about 20 minutes or until sausages are browned and have burst into little meatballs.

Meanwhile, halve olives. Add olives, gnocchi, sauce and oregano to dish; season. Sprinkle with cheese.
4.
Bake, uncovered, about 25 minutes or until gnocchi is tender.
