Method

1.In a medium size bowl, place 30g of the greens with the mince and 1 tablespoon of the chill jam. Mix well; using your hands, shape into four medium-size patties.
2.In an oiled heated large frying pan, cook patties for about 3-5 minutes each side, or until cooked through.
3.Spread bun halves with remaining chilli jam, place a pattie on each and top with remaining greens. Serve.
