Pork and corn salsa tortilla wraps

These light and tasty tortilla pork wraps are full of tasty Mexican flavours. Served with a fresh corn salsa, they make the ultimate throw-together family dinner.

Corn salsa


1.In a medium bowl, combine pork, oil and seasoning mix; toss to coat pork.
2.Warm tortillas according to packet directions.
3.To make salsa: Combine corn in a medium bowl, tomato, onion and coriander.
4.In a heated oiled grill plate or large frying pan, cook pork until browned and tender.
5.Serve pork wrapped in tortillas with corn salsa, lettuce and sour cream.
