Method

1.Over a small bowl, press ginger between two teaspoons to extract juice, then discard pulp. Combine apple and strawberries in large jug, add ginger juice and remaining juices and mix well.
2.Cover, refrigerate until cold. Just before serving, add cold ginger ale.

This recipe can be made a day ahead, but hold off on adding the ginger ale until just before serving.
