Method

1.Boil, steam or microwave potatoes until tender; drain, cool.
2.Combine paste and ¼ cup of the yoghurt in large bowl. Add cutlets and potato; turn to coat, season.
3.Cook cutlets and potato on heated oiled barbecue (or grill pan). Remove from barbecue; cover, stand 5 minutes.
4.Meanwhile, combine remaining yoghurt with mint and juice in small bowl.
5.Using vegetable peeler, peel cucumber and carrot lengthways into thin ribbons.
6.Serve cutlets and vegetables with mint yoghurt, and naan bread, if you like.
