Garlic lime dressing
1.Make garlic lime dressing. Combine lime juice, garlic, fish sauce, palm sugar, green onions, chilli and peanut oil in screw-top jar; shake well, season to taste.
2.Cut squid down centre to open out; score inside in diagonal pattern, then cut into thick strips.
3.Combine squid, chilli and oil in medium bowl. Combine remaining ingredients for salad in large bowl.
4.Cook squid, in batches, on heated oiled barbecue (or grill or grill pan) until changed in colour; combine in bowl with salad and dressing.
