1.Heat oiled large wok; stir-fry pork, in batches, until cooked through. Remove from wok.
2.Place noodles in medium heatproof bowl, cover with boiling water; separate with fork, drain.
3.Add noodles, buk choy, marinade and 2 tablespoons water to wok. Stir-fry until hot. Return pork to wok; stir-fry until heated through.
