These crispy and crunchy chicken strips are unbeatable with pistachio and chilli crumbs.

1.Combine breadcrumbs, nuts and chilli in medium shallow bowl. Dip chicken in egg, then in breadcrumb mixture to coat.
2.Meanwhile, heat oil in large deep saucepan. Deep-fry chicken, in batches, until cooked. Drain on absorbent paper; season to taste.
3.Accompany with sweet chilli sauce, if you like.
