1.Stir-fry pork, in batches, in heated oiled wok. Remove from wok.
2.Add capsicum and onion to wok; stir-fry until just tender. Add seasoning mix; stir-fry 1 minute. Add rice, pork and coriander; stir-fry until heated through.
