Mustard and rosemary chicken

1.Combine chicken, mustard, juice, oil, rosemary and garlic in a medium bowl.
2.Cook chicken mixture on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until browned all over and cooked through.
3.Meanwhile, boil, steam or microwave potato until just tender; drain. Place hot potato in a large bowl with spinach and butter; toss gently until butter melts and spinach just wilts.
4.Serve chicken with vegetables and lemon wedges.
