Mixed dhal

This traditional Indian vegetarian dish is packed full of flavour and the goodness of legumes. Dhal can be enjoyed any time of the day, but it's especially great eaten straight off the stove on a cool evening.

1.Heat ghee in large pan; cook onion and garlic until onion softens. Add turmeric, mustard seeds, cumin and coriander; cook until fragrant.
2.Stir in brown lentils, red lentils, yellow split peas, green split peas, vegetable stock, water and tomatoes; simmer, covered, stirring occasionally, about 1 hour or until lentils are tender.
3.Add coconut cream; stir over low heat until hot. Season to taste.
