Ingredients

Method

1.Heat half the oil in a wok over medium heat; stir-fry nuts for about 3 minutes, or until browned. Drain. Set aside.
2.Heat remaining oil in wok; stir-fry onion for about 2 minutes, or until just soft. Add pork; stir-fry, in batches, for about 3 minutes or until cooked.
3.Return pork and onion to wok. Add mushrooms and tofu; stir-fry for about 2 minutes or until mushrooms are just tender. Add sambal, kecap manis and tamari; stir-fry for about 1 minute, or until sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat; serve sprinkled with nuts, juice and onion.
