Method

1.Cook pork in heated oiled large frying pan; remove from pan, cover to keep warm.
2.Cook pear halves then onion in same pan until browned. Add sauce, ginger and juice to pan; simmer 2 minutes.
3.Serve pork with pear and onion mixture; drizzle with sauce.
