Method

1.Boil, steam or microwave kumara until tender; drain. Mash kumara until smooth; season to taste, cover to keep warm.
2.Brush most of the sauce all over turkey; cook turkey in heated oiled large frying pan. Remove from pan; cover to keep warm.
3.Add remaining sauce, cranberries and the water to same pan; bring to the boil. Boil until liquid is thickened slightly. Remove from heat; stir in nuts and coriander, season to taste.
4.Serve turkey with kumara mash and sauce.
