Ingredients: 8 fresh or canned cherries, seeded and halved; 15 millilitre cherry brandy; 15 millilitre malibu; 15 millilitre frangelico; 15 millilitre raspberry liqueur; 30 millilitre fresh cream; 1/2 cup ice cubes; dark chocolate curls, to garnish

15 millilitre cherry brandy

15 millilitre malibu

30 millilitre fresh cream

1/2 cup ice cubes

dark chocolate curls, to garnish

Method

1.Place cherries in a blender; blend on low speed until crushed.

2.Combine cherries with remaining ingredients in a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously, then strain into a chilled 150ml cocktail glass.

3.Garnish with curls and a straw.
