Method

1.Stir chocolate and cream in medium saucepan, over low heat, until mixture is smooth; stir in liqueur. Cool 10 minutes.
2.Layer ice-cream, chocolate sauce and coffee beans in four serving glasses.

Kahlúa can be substituted for Tia Maria.
