Ingredients

Method

1.Combine sugar, cream and butter in small saucepan. Cook, stirring, until sugar dissolves and butter melts, bring to the boil. Reduce heat, simmer, uncovered, 3 minutes.
2.Remove from heat, cool 10 minutes before serving with fruit.

This recipes makes 1 cup (250ml) sauce.
