1.Make a shallow cut lengthways in each prune (do not cut all the way through); remove seeds. Combine prunes and brandy in medium bowl; stand 15 minutes.
2.Meanwhile, combine cream cheese and sifted icing sugar in small bowl with wooden spoon; stir in nuts.
3.Drain brandy from prunes into cream cheese mixture; stir until combined. Place prunes on wire rack. Spoon cream cheese mixture into piping bag; pipe mixture into prunes.
4.Drizzle prunes with melted chocolate; set at room temperature.
