Method

1.Halve capsicums; discard seeds and membranes. Roast under grill or in very hot oven (230°C/445°F), skin-side up, until skin blisters and blackens.
2.Cover capsicum pieces with plastic or paper for 5 minutes; peel away skin, then slice capsicum thickly.
3.Combine oil and walnuts in small saucepan; stir gently over low heat until warm and walnuts are crisp.
4.Serve capsicum slices drizzled with warmed walnuts and oil.
