Method

1.Preheat oven to 220°C (200°C fan-forced). Place pizza base on oven tray.
2.Combine 1 tablespoon of the cheese with oil. Spread pizza base with cheese paste; top with artichoke then sprinkle with remaining cheese.
3.Bake about 8 minutes.
4.Serve pizzetta sprinkled with oregano and juice.
