Method

1.Cut wings into three pieces at joints; discard tips. Combine sauces, sugar and mustard in large bowl. Add chicken; toss chicken to coat all over. Cover; refrigerate 3 hours or overnight.
2.Preheat oven to 220°C.
3.Make dipping sauce. Combine ingredients in small microwave-safe bowl. Cook sauce, covered, in microwave oven on high (100%) for 1 minute.
4.Place chicken, in single layer, on oiled wire rack set inside large shallow baking dish; brush remaining marinade over chicken. Roast, uncovered, about 30 minutes or until chicken is well browned and cooked through.
5.Serve chicken wings with dipping sauce. If you like, top with sliced green onions, chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley and fresh chives.
