Method

1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan forced). Line an oven tray with baking paper. Spray bread wrap with cooking oil. Sift sugar and cinnamon over wrap.
2.Cut wrap in half crossways, cut each half into wide strips. Place on oven tray, bake about 4 minutes or until crisp. Cool on trays.
