Chocolate fudge brownies

1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Grease 19cm x 29cm rectangular slice pan, line base and sides with baking paper, extending paper 5cm above long sides.
2.Combine butter and chocolate in medium saucepan, stir over low heat until smooth. Cool 10 minutes.
3.Stir in sugar, eggs and extract, then stir in sifted flour, Choc Bits, sour cream and nuts. Spread mixture into prepared pan, bake 40 minutes. Cover pan with foil, bake a further 20 minutes. Cool in pan before cutting into 16 pieces.
4.Dust brownies with sifted cocoa powder, if desired.
