1.Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan-forced). Grease oven trays, line with baking paper.
2.Melt butter in large saucepan, add sugars, cook, stirring, until combined. Remove from heat, stir in coconut, cornflakes, egg and nuts, stir gently until combined.
3.Place level tablespoons of mixture about 3cm apart on oven trays.
4.Bake about 15 minutes or until golden brown. Stand 5 minutes before removing from trays to cool on wire rack.
