Caprese tarts

1.Preheat oven to 220°C. Oil oven trays.
2.Cut pastry sheets in half. Place pastry on trays. Fold edges of pastry over to make 1cm borders and press down firmly. Prick bases with fork.
3.Bake pastry about 15 minutes or until browned lightly. Press centres with the back of a spatula to flatten. Top pastry with tomato and bocconcini; bake a further 3 minutes or until cheese melts. Season.
4.Serve tarts drizzled with balsamic glaze; sprinkle with basil and parmesan.
