Method

1.Preheat large camp oven.
2.Place lamb and rosemary in camp oven, pour oil and stock over lamb, season. Cook, covered, 1½ hours.
3.Add pumpkin, potatoes, garlic and the water to camp oven, cook, covered, a further 1½ hours or until lamb is cooked through.
