Ingredients

Method

1.

Place flour in a shallow bowl. Lightly beat buttermilk and chilli sauce in a second shallow bowl. Place breadcrumbs in a third shallow bowl. Dust pickles in flour, shaking off excess, dip in buttermilk mixture, then coat in breadcrumbs. Spray generously all over with cooking spray.

2.

Preheat air fryer to 200C for 3 minutes.

3.

Taking care, place one-third of the pickles, in a single layer, in the air fryer basket, cook for 6 minutes until pickles are golden. Transfer to a plate. Repeat cooking with the remaining pickles.

4.

Meanwhile, to make ranch dipping sauce, combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl.

5.

Sprinkle pickle chips with salt flakes and serve with ranch dipping sauce.
