Preheat a 7-litre air fryer to 200°C/400°F for 3 minutes.

To make cajun spice mixture, combine cumin, coriander, garlic salt, paprika, thyme, oregano and cayenne pepper in a small bowl.

Scrub sweet potatoes and pat dry; cut into long thin wedges. Place in a large bowl with oil and the cajun spice mixture; toss well to coat.

Taking care, place wedges in the air fryer basket; at 200°C/400°F, cook for 15 minutes, turning halfway through cooking time, or until golden and cooked through.

Sprinkle wedges with salt flakes and chopped coriander; serve with sour cream.
