Tuna and sweet corn crisp wrap

Sharpen the mind over lunch by enjoying this quick combination of spinach, avocado, tuna and corn wrapped in wholemeal lavash.

Tuna and sweet corn crisp wrap
  • 185 gram can tuna in spring water, drained
  • 125 gram can corn kernels, drained
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 2 wholemeal lavish
  • 1/2 small avocado
  • salt and freshly ground black pepper
  • 30 gram baby spinach leaves

    Flake tuna in a medium bowl; add corn and mayonnaise.

    Spread half of each lavash with the avocado, season with salt and pepper. Spread tuna mixture over avocado, then top with spinach. Roll up tightly to enclose. Wrap in greaseproof paper or plastic wrap.

    Refrigerate until ready to serve or pack in a lunch box with a freezer brick.


Not suitable to freeze.
