Ingredients

Method

1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Lightly grease and line a large oven tray with baking paper.
2.Sift flour, baking powder and cinnamon into large bowl. Rubin butter. Stir in oats, sugar, coconut, sultanas and Zest.
3.Stir in combined milk and egg to form a soft, sticky dough. Place heaped tablespoonfuls of mix on tray 4cm apart. Sprinkle with extra sugar.
4.Bake 12-15 minutes, until light golden. Transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
