Halve the buns and fill with the iceberg salad, then top with the tangy prawn mayonnaise.

This little treat is like a prawn cocktail in a roll. The tangy dressing brings the prawns to life. Add a dash of brandy to the dressing for an adult version. These also make cute slider buns for a cocktail party.
