Ingredients

Lamb with broccolini
  • 1 tablespoon peanut oil
  • 600 gram lamb strips
  • 2 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 (170g) red onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 2 clove garlic, crushed
  • 350 gram broccolini, cut into 3cm lengths
  • 250 gram sugar snap peas, trimmed
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
  • 1 tablespoon japanese soy sauce

Method

Lamb with broccolini

    Heat peanut oil in wok. In batches, stir-fry lamb until browned. Remove from wok.

    Heat sesame oil in wok and stir-fry onion and garlic until onion softens. Add broccolini, peas and water. Stir-fry until vegetables soften.

    Return lamb to wok with sauces; stir-fry until hot, season to taste.
