1.Grease a 14cm x 21cm loaf pan, line base and sides with paper, grease paper well.
2.Combine eggs, soda, cinnamon and carrots in processor, process until carrots are finely chopped. Add butter and sugar, process until combined. Stir in sifted flour and sultanas. Pour into prepared pan, bake in moderate oven for about 50 minutes. Stand 5 minutes before turning on to wire rack to cool.
