1 litre good-quality vanilla ice-cream

1/3 cup (100g) chocolate hazelnut spread

6 baci chocolates, chopped coarsely

6 waffle ice-cream cones

Method

1.Soften ice-cream in large bowl; stir in spread and chocolate.

2.Pour mixture into loaf pan; cover and freeze overnight or until firm.

3.Scoop ice-cream and serve in cones.

This recipe can be made a week ahead. Meaning “kisses” in Italian, Baci chocolates have a rich hazelnut centre covered in a creamy dark chocolate coating and wrapped in a poetic love note. Use any chocolate-covered hazelnut chocolate you like.
