Place chorizo in mixing bowl; chop for 5 sec/speed 6 or until finely chopped. Transfer to a small bowl and set aside. 2 Place garlic, onion and chillies in mixing bowl; chop for 3 sec/speed 7. Cook for 3 min/steam mode/speed 1. 3 Add tomatoes, tomato paste, wine, sugar and 2 cups (500g) water; cook for 10 min/100°C/speed 1. 4 Add pasta and chopped chorizo; cook for 11 min/100°C/reverse/stir mode or until pasta is almost al dente and sauce is thickened. 5 Add prawns; cook for 5 min/100°C/reverse/stir mode or until prawns and pasta are just cooked. Season to taste. 6 Serve penne scattered with basil and parmesan.
Pasta sauce will thicken on standing; to loosen sauce, add a little boiling water.
