1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce

1 tablespoon honey

1 fresh long red chilli, finely chopped

4 200g new york cut steaks

Method

1.Combine sauces, honey, chilli and garlic in large bowl. Add beef and turn to coat in mixture.

2.Cook beef on heated oiled grill plate (or grill or barbecue) until browned both sides and cooked as desired.
