Cauliflower with sour cream and bacon

Method

1.Preheat oven to 200°C. Cut cauliflower into florets and cook in a saucepan of boiling, salted water for 4 minutes. Drain well.
2.Add sour cream, half grated cheese, bacon and chives. Season to taste. Spoon into a 4-cup baking dish. Top with remaining grated cheese and breadcrumbs. Bake for 10 minutes, until bubbling.
3.Place under a hot grill for 2-3 minutes, until golden.
