Breakfast just got incredibly exciting with this simple white chocolate and raspberry French toast recipe!

1.Cut slits horizontally into bread slices three-quarters of the way through to make pockets. Divide chocolate and raspberries between pockets.
2.Dip pockets into combined egg and milk. Melt 10g butter in large frying pan; cook one bread slice until browned both sides. Repeat with remaining bread, using 10g butter for each slice.
3.Cut toasts into quarters; divide between four serving plates. Serve hot.
