Ingredients: 4 (800g) chicken breast fillets; 2 teaspoon five-spice powder; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 200 gram fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced thinly; 1 tablespoon japanese soy sauce; 1 cup (250ml) canned coconut cream

4 (800g) chicken breast fillets

2 teaspoon five-spice powder

1 tablespoon olive oil

200 gram fresh shiitake mushrooms, sliced thinly

1 tablespoon japanese soy sauce

1 cup (250ml) canned coconut cream

Method

1.Coat chicken with five-spice, season. Cook chicken in heated oiled large frying pan. Remove from pan, cover to keep warm.

2.Add oil and mushrooms to same pan, cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms soften. Add sauce and coconut cream simmer, uncovered, until thickened slightly.

3.Serve chicken with mushroom sauce.
