1.Coat chicken with five-spice, season. Cook chicken in heated oiled large frying pan. Remove from pan, cover to keep warm.
2.Add oil and mushrooms to same pan, cook, stirring occasionally, until mushrooms soften. Add sauce and coconut cream simmer, uncovered, until thickened slightly.
3.Serve chicken with mushroom sauce.
