Method

1.In a medium saucepan, combine water and olive oil; bring to boil.
2.Stir in rice; cook, uncovered, without stirring, about 10 minutes or until liquid has almost evaporated. Reduce heat; simmer, covered, 5 minutes.
3.Gently stir in frozen peas; simmer covered about 5 minutes, until rice and peas are tender. Season to taste.
